TMAC is a healing and empowerment circle for young men, providing a safe space to share, grow, and be heard. Similar to S-MAC, this weekly gathering focuses on healing through conversation, culture, and connection. Grounded in respect, brotherhood, and self-discovery, TMAC supports young men in exploring a sense of belonging, expressing emotions, and learning tools for resilience and leadership. Sisters Making A Change (S-MAC) is a healing and supportive weekly gathering for young women to connect, share, and grow in a safe and empowering space. Through conversations, workshops, cultural practices, and community-building activities, S-MAC nurtures healing, leadership, and resilience.
