La Plazita Gardens operates year-round, growing a diverse variety of fruits and vegetables at two vibrant sites: Witherspoon and Sanchez’s Farm. More than just food production, LPG is a space for cultural reconnection, education, and community building. Rooted in the knowledge and wisdom of our ancestors, we offer hands-on learning experiences that show how traditional agricultural practices can be applied in today's world. Through this work, we aim to nourish not just bodies, but minds and spirits—ensuring that future generations grow up healthier, stronger, and more connected to the land and their heritage.
